We removed existing walls to create an open concept, added new doors and installed Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring  throughout which gives the look of hardwood but is a durable, cost effective alternative.

To keep the flow of the space, we textured the ceiling, added a fresh coat of paint and installed a sleek cable railing to avoid interruption of the sightline.

The kitchen itself included new cabinets, laminate countertops and beautiful, tiled backsplash. Also added, a downdraft cooktop in the island and a matching, built in microwave and oven set.

A new gas fireplace with tile matching the kitchen backsplash and new lighting seamlessly tie the whole space together!
